Art and architecture historian Marianne Burki was Head of Visual Arts with the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia until the end of 2019. She was responsible for Pro Helvetia's visual arts funding policy in Switzerland, international exchanges and the Swiss pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Marianne Burki was previously Director of the Kunsthaus Langenthal. In the Paul Klee Stiftung, she was Project Manager for the Catalogue Raisonné Paul Klee. 
She is also the scriptwriter and director of the film Mariann Grunder, Bildhauerin. Since 2018-2023 she has been President of the Vereinigung Schweizer Kunsthistorikerinnen und Kunsthistoriker (Swiss association of art historians, VKK). Since 2021 together with Li Zhenhua she is the artistic director of Sequerciani Arte Clima, a project in Tuscany which bringst together art, science and agriculture.

Charlotte Leonie Hammann studied Fashion Art Direction at the Polimoda Institute for Fashion Design and Business in Florence, Italy. With a focus on visual communication and writing, she has worked across diverse creative environments, including editorial work at ELLE Germany and creative direction for the Dutch menswear label ampère. 
Since 2022, she has specialized in communication, positioning and curatorial work for cultural institutions, cause-driven initiatives and independent artists. Alongside her role as Assistant at TaDA, Charlotte works at the Textile Museum St.Gallen in the department of communication and cultural management. In 2025, she expanded her involvement to include exhibition work and cultural education at the museum.

Erika Cunha is studying Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). Alongside her studies, she is part of the Marketing Strategy Team of Un-Dress, a student-led sustainable fashion club at HSG that organizes Switzerland’s largest annual sustainable fashion award show. There, she works on positioning, partnerships and creative campaign concepts.
At TaDA, she supports the team across communication, marketing, administration, event logistics, research and fundraising. Her work at TaDA brings together her interests in communication and sustainable fashion with the textile and cultural context of Eastern Switzerland.
